Slab Hanging Equipment
It is specifically responsible for safely, efficiently and orderly transporting the high-temperature slabs cut by the continuous casting machine from the billet ejecting area to the furnace feeding roller conveyor or the offline storage area of the heating furnace in the subsequent rolling mill. The equipment is equipped with a single-drive output roller conveyor, whose function is to receive the slabs and perform longitudinal conveying for weighing, marking, inspection, etc. Roller conveyors are typically composed of rollers driven by multiple motors and can rotate in both forward and reverse directions. The rollers need to be heat-resistant and equipped with cooling water tanks or spray devices. It is equipped with baffles, width measurement devices and length measurement devices.

Descaling Equipment in the steel industry is a key device used to remove the oxide scale on the surface of steel material. Iron oxide scale is an oxide layer (mainly composed of FeO、Fe3O4、Fe2O3) formed by the reaction of steel with oxygen during high-temperature heating and rolling. It can seriously affect the surface quality of steel and subsequent processes such as steel rolling and coating. The equipment uses extremely high-pressure water flow (typically 100 - 450 bar) to impact the surface of high-temperature steel at a specific Angle. High-temperature iron oxide scale undergoes physical cracking (thermal stress) and mechanical peeling (impact force of water jet) when rapidly cooled by water, and is then washed away by the water flow.
