The convenient HMI enables to complete the online WATeasily . At the same time, PLC automatically monitor each sensor and real-time taper value and other parameters. If there is any abnormality, the HMI will automatically alarm.
Each time the width section specification is changed, the pouring preparation time can be saved by approx 80 min. Based on the calculation of changing sections 40 times a year, the operation rate of the CCM can be increased by about 3%.
