Electrical Billet Pusher
The billet pusher cooling bed is a traditional and relatively simple mechanism equipment for cooling and transferring steel billets. It mainly uses a motor/hydraulic-driven steel push machine to push the steel billets on the fixed cooling bed surface. The main body of the cooling bed is composed of multiple sets of fixed steel beams and guide rails arranged in parallel. After being cooled by natural air, then lifted and transferred by a crane. This cooling bed is only suitable for fixed-length short billet production lines.

Uniform cooling: The steel billet is exposed on all four sides for ventilation, with a temperature difference of <50℃ (the temperature difference at the bottom of a traditional cooling bed is > 150℃).
High-efficiency buffering: The bed surface can store the output of the rolling mill for 30 to 60 minutes
Intelligent collaboration: Dynamically adjust the step speed to match the rhythm of the rolling mill
Longevity design: The service life of heat-resistant beams is over 10 years, and the maintenance-free cycle of the drive mechanism is over 10,000 hours.
