The cold bed is one of the indispensable auxiliary equipment for small and medium-sized bar workshops. Its function is to cut the bar of multiple feet length by flying shears after rolling mill, transport and unload it to the cold bed rack for cooling, so that its temperature is reduced from 900℃ to 100 ~ 300℃, and then collected by the cold bed feeding device and sent to the output roller, and then sent to the output roller to the cold shear cut into a size of finished products. The design quality and installation accuracy of the cold bed directly determine the final quality of the product.
