The ladle car, carrying the molten steel ladle, moves horizontal along the rail track and nozzle heads directly above the tundish for pouring, ensure that the nozzle of the ladle is strictly aligned with the receiving steel outlet of the tundish to prevent molten steel from splashing.. A single ladle truck needs to complete the entire process of "removing the empty ladle - returning to the ladle receiving position - receiving the new ladle - moving to the pouring position" when replacing the full molten ladle, which takes a long time and leads to a drop in the liquid level of the tundish or even a flow interruption. It is recommended to use 2 nos in the process.
