Billet Lifting Flipping Tansfer Mechanism
The hot billets are lifted from the multi-strands output roller conveyor of the CCM to the cooling bed conveying rail for transfer to the next process. The rail is equipped with a traveling steel pusher, which facilitates the collection of steel billets on the rail. When the long billets produced by the continuous casting machine are cut to a fixed length, they will transfer to the cooling bed for cooling.
