Process Description:

The flue gas from boiler and heating furnace is about 150℃- 200 ℃ from the top of semi dryreaction tower and enters into the tower.

Meanwhile, the prepared lime slurry is uniformly injected into the reaction tower through a high-speed rotating atomizer. Lime slurry reacts withsoxand other acid gases in the hot smoke flow. The sprayed lime slurry evaporates and cools the flue gas to about 68℃. The dry powder reactants Casos and Casoa were also produced. The small part of the reactant is discharged from the ash hopper at the bottom of the reactor, and most of the ash leaves the semi dry reactor with the flue gas.

The dust contained in the flue gas enters the bag type dust collector, and the acidgas in the flue gas in the bag type dust remover continues to react with lime removal. Various particles (including smoke, heavy metal, reaction products and reactants) are attached to the filter bag surface of the dust collector, and are discharged into the dust hopper of the dust collector by compressed air reverse blowing, and then into the ash collector after being transported by the scraper conveyor of the dust collector, and then through the bucket elevator and the screw conveyor on the top of the ash collector.




Process features:

(1) Empty tower structure, the resistance of absorption tower is less than 800pa, the resistance is small, the power consumption islow, and the operation cost is saved.

(2) When the dust concentration at the inletof the dust collector is less than 10g / Nm3, the load of the dust collector is reduced, the running resistance of the dust collector isreduced, the running power consumption isreduced, and the service life of the dust collector is improved.

(3) SDA process system has the advantages of simple structure, flexible adjustment and good controllability.

(4) Wet desulfurization mechanism, dry characteristics, no waste water, the systemdoes not need anti-corrosion

(5) Low investment, low water consumption, low power consumption, low operation and maintenance costs.

(6) The exhaust gas temperature is high, which is convenient to connect with the subsequent denitration device and has the advantages of whitening effect.
