Start-stop flying shear is stationary when not cutting, when the cutting signal is issued, the cutting edge starts to accelerate from the starting point, requiring the cutting edge operating Angle within XX° to accelerate to the shear speed (maximum 19m/S), after the shear is completed, braking immediately, requiring the braking to zero speed within XX°, and then accurately climb to the starting point. Among them, whether the shear signal can be sent accurately and whether the positioning accuracy of the cutting edge can meet the requirements is the key to the reliable operation of the flying shear and the control of the Length accuracy.
The flying shear adopts Siemens 6RA70 digital device as the electric drive control system of the flying shear motor, which has powerful functions and the accuracy of the digital system can fully meet the harsh requirements of frequent and fast starting and braking of the flying shear. The S7-300PLC intelligent module and the software which consider all kinds of interference factors are used to control the shearing and the positioning of the cutting edge of the flying shear, which ensures the reliability and double size accuracy of the flying shear. Siemens TP170B color touch screen or upper computer is used as man-machine interaction equipment and connected through Profibus.DP network. Its hardware configuration is shown in Figure 1. In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the flying shear speed given by the factory, the speed signal measured by the PIC and the operation and stop command issued by the PLC are sent to the 6RA70 system through the DP network, and the working state of the 6RA70 system is also sent to the PLC through the DP network. On the operating table, the touch screen or the upper computer realizes the man-machine dialogue, and the operator input the parameters such as the length of the double ruler, the correction factor, the roll diameter of the finished mill, the cutting speed lead factor, etc. according to the technological requirements, and can be modified at any time. At the same time, the Ding status and fault signal of the flying scissors are also displayed on the touch screen or the upper computer, which greatly facilitates the operation.
