XYC TECH || A Journey of United Dream Building in The Wonders of DANXIA

In order to enrich the cultural life of all employees and enhance the overall cohesion and creativity of the team, at the end of 2025 November, during the critical stage of production sprint, the administrative department of Fujian Xinyanchuang Technology Co., Ltd. organized a team-building activity with the theme of "Strictly Adhere to the original Aspiration to ignite Passion, Create and Enjoy outdoors to show sharpness, Unite to Build Dreams and shine in XYC", which was successfully carried out in the mountains and waters of western Fujian.

This event was held in the GuanZhaiShan Scenic Area, which is renowned for its "Northern Yi, Southern Zhi, and Double Wonders of Danxia". As the bus fleet set off in a grand procession, the mountain scenery along the way became increasingly beautiful. After more than three hours of driving, we safety arrived at the hot spring resort.

On a warm winter day, as we entered the resort, it felt as we had come to a peaceful small town in northern Thailand. Hundreds of subtropical tree species such as sea dates, coconut coir and frangipani transformed the resort into a Southeast Asian-style vacation garden. The fully equipped hot spring facilities immerse us in a warm world, allowing us to experience the unique mineral nourishment of the hot springs. We "treated each other with honesty", washing away all our fatigue. In the misty steam of the hot spring, our conversation became relaxed and carefree. The hierarchical boundaries in our daily work transformed into an intangible tacit understanding at this moment.

As the night fell and glasses clinked, General Manager Liu Pei Sheng began his humorous and brief speech by expressing his love to all the employees: "Please allow me to raise the wine in my glass and, with the heart of my first love, affectionately say to my colleagues, 'I love you all!'" It's so nice to have you all! Cheers! The sincere and witty words drew warm applause and laughter from the entire audience, bringing the atmosphere of the dinner party to a climax.

Under the passionate drive of the host, an unconventional guessing game kicked off. The children vied with each other to raise their hands and answer the questions. The clear voices of children rose and fell one after another. The children who answered the questions correctly cheered and ran onto the stage to receive the prizes, with innocent smiles on their faces. Then, the multi-talented children took turns to perform on stage. Some sang cheerful children's songs, some danced lively dances, and others recited ancient poems with great emotion. After the performance, all the children received carefully prepared gifts and small red envelopes with auspicious meanings. Applause, laughter and cheers could be heard constantly at the scene. Seeing the children's performance, the adults also took the initiative to perform on stage one after another. The performances on stage were splendid and diverse, and the audience below interacted enthusiastically. The entire banquet hall turned into a sea of joy.

The next day, we visited ShiMen Lake. The undulating lake surface was like a piece of jade embedded in the perilous peaks and strange valleys of GuanZhai Mountain. Board the cruise ship and move forward slowly. "The water flows through the mountains, and the mountains return through the water." The shimmering lake reflects the mountain scenery. The boat glides on the lake, and people wander in the painting. The DanXia red cliffs on both sides glow with an ochre red luster in the sunlight. The lake surface is sometimes wide and sometimes narrow. Passing through the narrow water alley that can only accommodate one boat, we saw the famous "Gate of Life" and other natural wonders. The wonders of nature left us in awe.

After the lake tour, we began our mountain climbing journey, following the secluded valley and stone path into the mountains. Along the way, there were craggy rocks. With the rich imagination of human beings, each peak was given its own name and story. Climbing the "Carp Back", one can see from afar the "Root of Life" stone pillar standing majestically between heaven and earth. When the clouds and mist swirl around, the stone path in the fog looks like a carp chasing the wind and waves. We enjoy the GuanZhai Mountain Escalator, an innovative facility built on a steep section of the road, which allows people to enjoy the convenience brought by modern technology while climbing. Our team encouraged each other and moved forward hand in hand. At the moment of reaching the summit, we leaned on the railing and looked into the distance. The town, fields and mountains all came into view. All the distractions of the world vanished in an instant, leaving only the sentiment of "The most beautiful scenery lies on the perilous peak."

After the tour, when returning to the company, the XYC team not only took away the warmth of the hot spring and the gentle breeze of the mountains and forests, but also brought the teamwork into every product. Production is like climbing a mountain. Only by working together as a team can we overcome every perilous peak. We deepen our friendship in the mountains and waters, and rediscover our original aspiration in nature. We bring back the tenacity bestowed by the mountains and waters to XYC and create new miracles with greater enthusiasm.
