Supporting 10 tons of intermediate frequency furnace feeding truck manipulator, and then sent to Indonesia

On November 9, a batch of supporting 10 ton induction furnace hydraulic charging vehicles and manipulators designed and produced by Fujian Xin Yanchuang Technology Co., Ltd. for Indonesia PT.MANNA JAYA MAKNUR iron and steel were officially loaded to Mawei Port and will arriv at Surabaya port at a late date.

This whole set of smelting process can meet the scrap feeding and melting process of induction furnace with high efficiency. The hydraulic charging vehicle can accurately and slowly pour the scrap steel into the furnace according to the scrap feeding requirements of induction furnace. During the round-trip charging process, the manipulator in front of the furnace continuously pulls and presses the scrap in the furnace, so that rapidly reduce the volume and increase the density of the scrap, and then improve the energy conversion and greatly improve the smelting efficiency of the induction furnace. At the same time, during the use of the manipulator, It can effectively adhere to the floating waste slag in the molten steel and reduce the deslagging-off work in the smelting process.

The combination of induction furnace charging vehicle and manipulator greatly alleviates the work intensity of operators in front of the furnace, realizes the possibility of manual remote furnace mouth operation with a high degree of automation, and greatly improves the production efficiency of smelting process while improving the safety factor of workers.
