Successful Convening of Yanchuang Technology's 2025 Year-End Summary Meeting and General Meeting of Shareholders
In January 2026, Fujian Xinyanchuang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "YanChuang Technology") organized and held the annual summary meeting and general meeting of shareholders. The events aimed to review the past, summarize experience, plan for the future, and gather strength.

The year-end summary meeting was successfully held on the 24th, presided over by General Manager Liu Peisheng. Participants included the person-in-charge of each department of the company (General Manager's Office, Sales Department, Technology Department, Purchasing Department, Production Department, Quality Control Department, Finance Department, Human Resources & Administration Department, After-sales Service Department, etc.) as well as all employee shareholders of the company, with some employees attending via video conference.
The year-end summary meeting was divided into five parts:
General Manager Liu Peisheng pointed out that in 2025, against the complex and severe domestic and international economic environment, Yanchuang Technology experienced the slowest growth in its scale. However, with the joint efforts of all departments, the company continued to focus on the business of continuous casting machines and related metallurgical machinery. It further expanded businesses such as intermediate frequency furnace manipulators, charging cars, tapping cars and scrap steel processing equipment, and actively developed slab and billet continuous casting machine product businesses. Despite the impact of the sluggish domestic and international economic environment, 2025 was a challenging year, but also a crucial year for achieving transformation and breakthroughs. It is worth affirming that through the joint efforts of all employees, the company has made remarkable progress in team collaboration capabilities, hardware facility improvement, product brand recognition enhancement and new customer group expansion, laying a solid foundation for sustainable development.
Subsequently, centering on the 2026 development goals, the general manager put forward specific plans and requirements from the aspects of hardware upgrading, production quality improvement, team building and brand building. He emphasized continuing to strictly control quality with high standards, optimize management with high efficiency, and unite the team with high collaboration, so as to push the overall competitiveness of the company to a new level.
In the third part of the meeting, the general manager made centralized feedback and answers to the suggestions put forward by employees in their self-evaluations, covering team building, quality control, innovation incentives, efficiency improvement, corporate culture and salary system, etc., reflecting the company's emphasis on employees' voices.

Later, Wei Huanjie from the General Manager's Office explained the revision content of the relevant systems in 2026, further improving the company's management system around process optimization, standard clarification and efficiency improvement.

At the end of the year-end summary meeting, all participants conducted free exchanges, freely expressed their opinions on topics such as cross-departmental collaboration, daily management, working environment and system processes, and put forward a number of pertinent suggestions. The general manager responded on the spot and made records, realizing collective wisdom and joint efforts for development.

On the 29th, the general meeting of shareholders of Yanchuang Technology was held smoothly. General Manager Liu Peisheng reported the company's income situation last year to all shareholders, and the Chief Financial Officer expounded and analyzed the 2025 annual operation situation. After that, according to the profit situation of the past year, the general manager put forward a proposal on profit distribution, which was approved by all shareholders through a show of hands. The general manager emphasized that Yanchuang Technology has always adhered to building a partner culture, kept its finances open and transparent to shareholders, and provided opportunities for capable people to enter the board of directors.
