New type of induction furnace hydraulic charging car with weighing and manipulator, heading to Ethiopia again

Recently, Fujian Xinyanchuang Technology Co., Ltd. independently designed, developed and produced the weighing hydraulic charging cars and induction furnace pokers, which were once again set sail and sent to Ethiopia.

The charging car with weighing systems and pokers are designed to be used in conjunction with the 15 ton medium frequency furnaces. Each set of furnace is designed to be equipped with 2 charging car and 1 robotic arm.

During the process of smelting scrap steel in the intermediate frequency furnace with a weighing hydraulic charging car and a poker, on the one hand, the precise and continuous charging way reduces manual input, greatly improves feeding efficiency, and keeps the intermediate frequency furnace in a continuous working state. On the other hand, the use of the poker in conjunction with the charging car avoids the phenomenon of "bridging" in the intermediate frequency furnace, improves the service life of refractory materials, and shortens the melting time of scrap steel. The combination of the two greatly improves the smelting efficiency of the intermediate frequency furnace and increases steel production.
