On the occasion of the upcoming May Day International Labor Day, Fujian Xinyanchuang Technology Co., Ltd. successfully held the "2024 Annual Commendation Conference and Equity Incentive Ceremony" in the cafeteria of its headquarters on April 29th. In 2024, with the joint efforts of all employees, we achieved remarkable results. In order to recognize outstanding employees and teams in the past year, Yanchuang Technology has specially set up an award ceremony. Based on the performance of all employees in the past year, the company has awarded titles such as "Outstanding Employee Award", "Star of Progress Award", "Dedication Award" to several employees including Wei Huanjie, Xiong Wenjun, Wu Dongliang, Pan Xiaoliang, Chen Haile, Lin Wenhui, and Meiliping, and awarded bonuses. Wei Huanjie, assistant to the general manager, has been a member of Yan Chuang Technology for over ten years. He truly dedicates his best youth to Yan Chuang Technology as the first person to do so. He is like a brick, moving wherever needed. He is stationed 24 hours a day in the company, able to face various clients and external personnel, and understanding every brick, tile, grass, and tree inside the company. He always sticks to the company and serves every Yan Chuang person, not caring about his own gains and losses. He can complete everything entrusted to him meticulously, orderly and perfectly, making people feel comfortable and at ease. People commented on him, saying that you may not be able to find the person in charge of the company for a while, but you can definitely find Assistant Wei as soon as possible. You never have to worry about the air conditioning in your dormitory not cooling, the water heater not heating, the sewer being blocked, or the computer getting stuck. Assistant Wei is in the company. He can be a security guard who safeguards every Yan Chuang person, an excellent electrical engineer, or an unknown hardworking gardener.

Xiong Wenjun, Deputy General Manager, has been in the company for nearly seven years. He is responsible for the coordination of multiple departments, including the Technical Department, Procurement Department, Production Department, After sales Department, and Quality Control Department. With years of theoretical experience combined with on-site work and the ability to perform multiple tasks in one position, he has become a key member of the company. In his work, he dares to challenge and actively innovates, not only making impossible products that many customers need possible, but also ensuring that every product and project of the company is completed with quality and quantity, greatly reducing the operating costs of the enterprise. In the market competition of small profits and high sales, he greatly enhances the competitiveness of the products.

Wu Dongliang, the director of the production workshop, has witnessed the development of the workshop from a team of a few people at the beginning of the company's establishment to the current scale, from three to five people to nearly a hundred people today. He strictly adheres to the "Responsibilities of the Production Department" and is fully responsible for workshop management, team building, system improvement, and production planning. Director Wu is the reassurance of every worker in the workshop, with a veteran weight, approachable attitude, and rigorous work style, ensuring that every product passed through his hands can be safely delivered to customers.

Pan Xiaoliang, an electrical engineer, was one of the earliest Yan Chuang people to become a member of the company's board of directors without exception. He has been engaged in electrical engineering for more than ten years and enjoys the daily life of one or more lines. He leads the electrical team of the company with a global presence, from design, programming, production, to debugging. With his own practical experience, he can always conquer every customer. Over the past year, he has helped the company solve several engineering project problems, not only solving different problems for customers, but also leaving a deep impression in their hearts with his elegant and graceful image.

Chen Haile, an assembly worker, is one of the few Yan Chuang people who stood out among numerous workshop personnel and became a member of the company's board of directors. He is usually quiet and diligent in his work, not only daring to learn and being good at hands-on in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical assembly, but also participating in numerous after-sales service activities. In just a few years, Le Ge not only became familiar with various products of the company, but also accurately identified the problems in after-sales service, solving many difficult and complicated problems for the company and customers.

Lin Wenhui, a general worker, may not be known to many people. Under his simple, honest, honest and low-key appearance, his ability and character have been recognized by all workshop employees. The busy figure may not have had a high starting point as a forestry worker, but his diligent and hardworking spirit has infected those around him. He is simple and extraordinary, ordinary and not mediocre. With the power of struggle, he inspires others and contributes to the development of Yan Chuang. His progress and upward mobility have attracted many Yan Chuang people.

Meiliping, a technician, is responsible for the cost accounting of U8 system information maintenance. She has been working for more than two years and efficiently completes various material codes and material lists. Her delicate and serious work style, as well as a positive sense of work responsibility, have enabled her to understand the production process of each product in a short period of time. Accurate cost accounting has given her a clear understanding of the cost of each product, component, etc., providing valuable data foundation for pre-sales and technical departments.
