The 12 ton induction furnace manipulator built by Yanchuang Technology for Myanmar Crown Steel in the first phase has been put into operation successfully. After a short period of man-machine running in, the manipulator has been favored by all the staff of the steel plant, and has become an indispensable steel-making equipment. On January 23, Yanchuang Technology produced and successfully loaded container for the phase II induction furnace manipulator, which is about to start their journey in Myanmar.
Induction furnace manipulator can easily compact the large volume of scrap steel or light materials which can avoid to partial jamming in the furnace during the charging process, so that the volume of scrap steel can be rapidly reduced and the compactness can be increased; the process of energy conversion can be improved, and the smelting efficiency of induction furnace can be greatly improved. At the same time, it can quickly and flexibly sweep the scrap steel and packing scrap block into the furnace body. The attached remote control and short-range remote control operations make the operators far away from the furnace hearth area and reduce potential safety hazards.
