Dual Water Cooling Crystallizer
The high casting speed mold is based on the concept of "enhanced uniform cooling", and it proposes an effective structural form for the high-efficiency continuous casting mold of billets. The problems existing in traditional molds, such as two-dimensional supercooling at the corners, large heat flow near the metal liquid surface, and uneven air gap between the inner surface of the copper tube and the green shell, have been solved. A series of problems such as the contradiction between the thickness of copper tubes and heat diffusion have been solved.
