On 3rd April, sent to an Iraqi iron and steel plant 15T induction furnace manipulator has been upgraded! The induction furnace manipulator is a set of auxiliary induction furnace steel-making equipment, which is developed and manufactured by Yanchuang Technology in response to the demand of many metallurgical manufacturers. It can easily compact the large volume of scrap which is partly blocked or the light and thin material which is too loose, so that the volume of scrap is rapidly reduced and the compactness is increased, thus the energy conversion is improved and the smelting efficiency of the induction furnace is greatly improved. At the same time, it can quickly and flexibly sweep the scrap steel around the induction furnace and pack and press blocks into the furnace body. Two kinds of remote control operation with remote process, so that the operator away from the furnace mouth area, reduce the security risks.
