Process characteristics：
The electric furnace dust removal system is composed of collecting hood, flue, dust collector, fan, chimney and electrical control.After the flue gas generated by the intermediate frequency furnace is collected by the collecting hood, it enters the long bag low-pressure pulse bag filter through the air inlet pipe and the cooling system. The dust is blocked outside the filter bag, and the clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the filter bag, fan and chimney.
Advantage：
1. Good ash removal effect: when the injection pressure is 0.15~ 0.25mpa, it still has good ash removal effect for the purification of high dust concentration and large moisture content, and the operation energy consumption is less than the reverse blowing bag filter.
2. High dust removal efficiency: the dust removal efficiency can reach more than 99% for the gas with dust concentration ≤15g/Nm3.
3. Small footprint: the length of the filter bag can reach 6m, which is smaller than the conventional pulse and reverse blow bag filter.
4. Convenient operation and maintenance: the mouth of the filter bag adopts elastic swelling ring, which can be directly embedded in the flower plate, that is, it is convenient to seal and disassemble, reducing the contact of the dirty bag.
