Celebrate the successful holding of Yanchuang Technology 2021 year-end Meeting

From January 13 to 15, 2021, the 2021 year-end summary meeting, shareholders' meeting and annual commendation meeting of Fujian Xin Yanchuang Technology Co., Ltd. were successfully held. General manager Liu Peisheng attended the meeting with relevant principals of the general manager's office, sales department, technology department, procurement department, production department, quality control department, finance department, personnel administration department, after-sales service department and employees holding shares of the company (video conference for some employees).

At the meeting, the general manager summarized the company's overall sales situation, operating revenue, corporate culture and team building in the past year, and expounded and answered the suggestions put forward in the employee's self appraisal one by one; At the same time, the company's system shall be democratically modified under the guidance of the personnel administration department (the company shall make corresponding modifications every year according to the needs of development). The meeting pointed out that in the past 2021, Yanchuang technology completed the relocation of its core departments, greatly improved its welfare benefits, and doubled the company's team compared with the previous year; Despite the repeated impact of overseas epidemic, the volume of foreign trade business has increased several times compared with the previous year, and the overall sales volume of the whole year has tripled compared with the previous year; In 2022, while stabilizing the team, we will continue to strengthen team building and talent reserve, constantly accelerate market development, improve the enterprise's anti risk ability, and continue to generate greater income for each employee.

At the shareholders' meeting, the chief financial officer reported to all shareholders and showed the detailed revenue and expenditure details of Yanchuang technology in 2021. At the same time, the general manager reiterated that Yanchuang technology always adheres to building a partner company, with open and transparent finance, so that everyone with progress and ability can have the opportunity to become a member of the board of directors; Finally, according to the profitability of the previous year, the general manager made a proposal on profit distribution, which was adopted by all shareholders on a show of hands, and presented equity incentive shares to employees with outstanding contributions in 2021.

At the annual commendation meeting, Zhang Weiqiang, Lin Wenzhuo, Wei Huanjie, Xiong Wenjun, Zou Heng, Yuan Ziyou and other outstanding departments were awarded the titles of "Sales star", "Technology star" and "Excellent employee", and bonuses were awarded; At the same time, equity certificates will be issued to all employees newly granted incentive equity.
