Operation method
When lifting a full container, use the lifting hole of the lower box. Do not use the lifting hole of the upper box.
Gear box transportation, storage should be placed horizontally, and fixed on the support.
Do not drag and pull the gearbox to avoid damage to the bottom surface.
The installation base of the gear box must have sufficient stiffness, and there should be a backing plate under the box. The levelness of the foundation installation surface must be 0.04/1000.
After tightening the anchor bolt, use a dial indicator to check near the bolt. When the bolt is relaxed, the box moves, indicating that the foundation is uneven or the gasket is not well padded, and should be recalibrated.
After adjusting the level, the input shaft is required to have a coaxial tolerance of ¢0.040 to the motor shaft. The input shaft coupling must be installed in accordance with its standard requirements.
Matters needing attention
Before the rolling mill reducer is used (installation, operation, maintenance, spot inspection, etc.), it is necessary to read this manual and its auxiliary information thoroughly and use correctly. The knowledge of the machine, safety matters and matters that should be paid attention to should be thoroughly read before use. After reading it, keep it in a place where the actual user can see it.
Handling, setting, piping arrangement, machine operation, operation, maintenance and inspection must be carried out by personnel with professional knowledge and skills. Otherwise, it may cause injury or damage to the machine.
Do not disassemble the reducer when the equipment is running. In addition, even if the operation stops, the input and output flanges of the reducer are in the connection state with the motor and the other machine, do not decompose the parts other than the oil detection port, the oil supply and discharge port, and the inspection cover. It is possible for gears to fall, fly away quickly, and other personal accidents or device damage due to tooth offset.
