Steel Pusher for Steel Mills Heating Furnace

Main function

The steel pusher is a special equipment to push the billet into the heating furnace in the steel rolling production line. Complete the loading and delivery of billet in the furnace. lt makes full use of hydraulic cylinder advantages, hydraulic systems' largeoutput, small volume and easy operation, which reduces the pushing process and the cost of equipment aswell. Compared with the old mechanical pushing machine, the floorspace is reduced to the original 1/2 to 1/3, easier to operate, and long-termstable performance.

Main Structure Description

1. Frame: frame is an important part of the working machine base, under the upper and lower tension, high strength and stiffness.

2. Push rod: it is made of seamless steel pipe, and the internal cooling way is resistant to high temperature radiation.

3. Slide rail: it is made of welded steel and supports the reciprocating operation of push rod.

4. Reducer: cylindrical gear reducer, large torque, high frequency heat treatment tooth surface, long service life

5. Transverse moving car: the frame is welded by profiles, high speed than cycloid needle accelerator, stable and reliable movement.
