Process Description:
The flue gas containing SOz: generated from the combustion of the heating furnace enters the wet desulfurization and dust collector through the induced draft fan for wet desulfurization and dust removal. Absorption tower is the core part of desulfurization and dust removal device. The absorption and partial oxidation process of desulfurization process are completed in absorption tower. The flue gasenters from the lower part of the absorption section of the tower body, and then enters at 90° flow upward.
ln the upper part of the absorption tower, there are three layers of swirling atomizing nozzles. The desulfurization slurry is sprayed from the nozzle and atomized into droplets to make full gas-liquid contact with the flue gas from bottom to top. lt greatly increases the specific surface area of the liquid, so that the flue gas has a larger contact area with the spray liquid, which can efficiently capture fine dust and absorb SOz in the flue gas, and form larger particles experience SOz in flue gas
dissolves in slurry droplets and reacts. At this time, due to the difference in quality, the three-phase gas streams of flue gas, water mist and fine dust transfer to each other with different inertia and simultaneously enter the washing room for contraction, rapid gathering, diffusion, impact, surge and filtration. After the flue gas is cooled by alkaline solution and reaches saturation state, the fine dust and sulfur dioxide are absorbed and washed down, and then the flue gas, water mist and fine dust are washed down. The three-phase flow of fine dust enters the scrubbing room at a certain speed, and then desulfurizes again after the reverse mass transfer movement with the alkaline liquid film and liquid mist from top to bottom. The purified clean flue gas enters the upper high-efficiency dehydration room of the high-efficiency scrubbing room for gas-liquid separation treatment, and then the flue gas enters the flue and is sent to the chimney for high-altitude discharge.
