Module Block Mill

Module combination

The roll box and cone box constitute the standardized mill frame, and the compact 2 mills are a set of modules. Two rolling mills are driven by a main motor together to form the CDMC centralized drive module, and each rolling mill is driven by a main motor to form the IDMC independent drive module. Optional transmission, combined with water cooling box arrangement, flexible combination into a variety of wire rod temperature control rolling high speed zone rolling mill units.

Special steel high line    :4 group module rolling mill +1 group reducing machine +1 group sizing machine

Superior steel high line :4 groups of module mill  +1 group of reducing machine, or plus 1 group of sizing machine

Ordinary high line         :3 group +2 group module rolling mill or 4 group +1 group module rolling mill

High speed bar             :3 group or 2 group module mill
