He has witnessed the technical team grow from a small group of three to over twenty professionals, and participated in the formulation and filing of every engineering drawing. As the department manager, he acts as both the core strategist and hands-on practitioner. Leading his team to overcome numerous technical challenges, he ensures high-quality drawing design for clients and provides patient professional explanations for design and production demands. Regarded as the anchor by young technicians, his years of dedication, rigorous attitude and innovative thinking have forged a solid technical moat for the company.
As a founding employee of the company, he has stood side by side with Yanchuang Technology for a decade. With consistent rigor and sincerity over ten years, he has built an impregnable line of defense for the company’s supply chain. From supplier development, review and negotiation to cost control and emergency stock allocation, he always takes the lead, embedding cost performance and timeliness into his work. A familiar figure at the warehouse entrance and a reliable backbone for the production line, he travels between suppliers, clients and the company all year round. He interprets extraordinary dedication in an ordinary position through practical actions.
Affectionately addressed as Teacher Zheng by colleagues, he has become a key backbone bridging senior and junior teams in just over two years since joining. He boasts solid mechanical expertise and comprehensive overall vision. When projects encounter technical bottlenecks, he calmly tackles complex problems and breaks down sophisticated design tasks into executable milestones. He generously shares experience and skills with new employees. With a low-key and pragmatic work style, he has won high recognition from clients, guaranteed the technical implementation of numerous projects, and turned cutting-edge design concepts into tangible products.
A long-serving senior employee, he has rooted himself in the frontline production workshop for years and become a cornerstone for tackling production difficulties. Over the past year, he has led his team to efficiently complete all production tasks and ensure safe and stable equipment delivery. He has also promoted standardized safety management, safeguarded operational safety for workers and greatly reduced labor costs for the company. Leading the young and dynamic automation electrical team with agile thinking, he integrates cutting-edge industry concepts into traditional equipment upgrading. Known as the elegant and respected "Engineer Pan", he is one of the earliest grassroots employees promoted to the board of directors. As a top-tier electrical engineer of the company, he has traveled to project sites worldwide. Shifting to quality management, she applies her data sensitivity to strict quality supervision. Faced with thousands of material codes, she quickly masters warehouse management logic and material circulation rules. She achieves daily settlement, zero errors in inventory inbound and outbound management, and on-demand material supply for production. With unique carefulness and a strong sense of responsibility, she keeps complicated warehouse accounts well-organized. Her outstanding execution and learning vitality have injected fresh energy into the company.
