Low consumption, low cost and efficient dust removal system

Process features:

The flue gas from the electric furnace is collected by the collecting hood, and then enters the long bag low-pressure pulse bag filter through the air inlet pipe and cooling system. The dust is blocked outside the filter bag, and the clean gas is discharged to the atmosphere through the filter bag, fan and chimney. The dust collected by the bag filter is discharged through the ash discharge valve.

Advantages:

1. Good ash cleaning effect

The pulse valve adopts hyperbolic diaphragm structure, which has low pulse resistance, fast opening and closing, and large ash cleaning capacity. All parts of the injection device have excellent aerodynamic characteristics. When the injection pressure is 0.15～0.25MPa, it still has good ash cleaning effect on purifying the dust with high dust concentration and high moisture content, and the operation energy consumption is less than that of the reverse blowing bag filter.

2. High dust removal efficiency 

For the gas with dust concentration ≤ 15g / Nm3, the dust removal efficiency can reach more than 99%.

3. Small footprint

The length of the filter bag can reach 6m, and the floor area is smaller than that of the conventional pulse and reverse blowing bag filter.

4. Convenient operation and maintenance

The opening of the filter bag adopts the elastic expansion ring, which can be directly embedded in the flower board, which is sealed and easy to disassemble, reducing the contact between the maintenance personnel and the dirty bag.
