It is composed of shear cylinder, shear knife, slide block pressing knife, lower tool holder, pressing cylinder, motor, oil pump, oil tank and valve block. When the shearing machine is working, the oil pump supplies oil to the pressing cylinder, the upper pressing material is pressed to the lower tool holder, the material is fixed and pressed, and then the oil pump supplies oil to the shearing cylinder to complete the shearing tool. After cutting the material, the oil pump completes the return journey under the hydraulic oil return drive of the shear cylinder and the press cylinder successively, which is a perfect shearing process. The machine has three working modes: point moving, half moving and automatic.
