Located directly in end of the reheating furnace outlet side, the discharge machine is used to push the heated billet in the reheating furnace onto the roller table smoothly and quickly. Pinch roller discharge machine is widely used. The ejector rod is moved by two pinch rollers, and the thrust is limited by the friction between the ejector rod and the pinch rollers, so the discharge machine can guarantee not overload. The ejector rod is usually clamped by the spring pressed by the pressedbolt through the pinch rollers. The ejector rod moves in the guide slot, and water cools the rod. The pinch rollers are driven by motor through reducer and is widely used in the steeling rolling workshop.
Main Structure Description
